International Shipping Policies

In addition to our standard ordering, manufacturing, and shipping policies, the following information applies to our international customers.

International Delivery and Transit Times

Once your order is received, there is a 14-28 business day processing time before your order is shipped.  Please allow 7-28 business days in transit time to receive your package.  Most orders shipped via U.S. Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 7 days after being shipped, but please allow up to 28 days due to the unpredictability of international mail and customs delays.  The postal service does not guarantee on-time delivery.

Customs & Duties Import Fees

Be advised that your country may impose duties, taxes and other fees which you will have to pay before your order will be released from customs.  If you are unsure and need more information, please contact your local trade or customs office for details.  Customs fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

International Shipping Restrictions

Be advised that some countries prohibit import of, or impose difficult customs regulations on some products.  If you are unsure as to whether your home country imposes restrictions, please contact your local trade or customs office for details.  It is the customers obligation to check their country's own restrictions and prohibitions before ordering.  We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges if your package is returned to us.

Forms of Payment We Accept for International Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

Note:  Industry standard practices are followed. Your credit card is not charged until the day we ship your order.  However, the payment total and billing address are verified as soon as your order is received.  *Exception:  Custom items which are "made to order" (not in stock), require payment up front and are billed upon receipt of order.

Currency Conversion

You can estimate the merchandise total in your home currency here.  All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and we only accept payment in U.S. dollars.  If you use a non-U.S. credit card, your credit card issuer will automatically convert to your home currency based on today's exchange rates.  They may also charge a currency conversion fee for this service, and your final price may be affected by this.  Please check with your credit card company to see what their policy is.

Fraud Prevention

In an effort to prevent online fraud, we utilize methods in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against the fraudulent and criminal use of credit cards.  Please be aware that when an order is placed, web browsers transmit a unique internet address which is used by law enforcement officials to identify you.

Our credit card system is limited in verifying international addresses.  Therefore, in order to process international orders, additional verification is necessary to verify the cardholder's identity.  We request that you fill out our "Shipping Authorization" form.  This information will be kept strictly confidential and is only used to help us verify the authenticity of the credit card and cardholder.  We appreciate your cooperation in this process.

We are committed to protecting consumers from the fraudulent use of their personal information.  Those who attempt to fraudulently use credit cards will be prosecuted and reported to the appropriate bank, internet service provider and state and local authorities.

By placing an order with our company, the customer has read and agrees to all policies and terms of sale on our web site, and accepts the sale as a legally binding contract.  By placing this sale/contract, the customer waives personal jurisdiction in their state/province and submits themselves to jurisdiction in the state of Arizona.
