All prices posted on this site are in United States Dollars.  Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is ready for shipping.  (FYI - In addition to credit cards, we accept checks and money orders - No CODs.  Contact us for details.)  Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance measures.  We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.  We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.  If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

Manufacturing Process

Most Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store products are manufactured according to customer specifications.  Because of the custom nature of these products, please be aware that many of them are not held in inventory.  Hand manufacturing of items that are part of your order may take a few days, up to a few weeks.  Every effort is made to manufacture and ship your order as soon as possible.  The length of the manufacturing process is dependent on many factors.  These factors include availability of personnel, materials, or machinery.  Normally, most orders are ready for shipping in 6 to 10 business days.

Shipping Procedures

All orders to shipping addresses located within the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground or USPS.  All other orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  Please contact us if you find it necessary to make other shipping arrangements.  We may be able to make accommodations for your special shipping requirements.  In the event other shipping arrangements are made, all orders are still subject to the standard time constraints of our in-house manufacturing processes.

Standard shipping charges apply to all orders.  Excessively heavy orders may require additional shipping charges.

Return Policy

Credit Card refunds are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.  Typically, refunds are issued for the cost of the item, less shipping costs and credit card processing fees.

We do not refund special orders.  Many items that are in unaltered condition (and ready for resale) are eligible for return.  We cannot refund grips that have been worked on (sanded, fitted or drilled).  Each grip has to be returned untouched for a refund.  Please contact our customer service department for more details.

Pricing or Typographical Errors

While Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur, Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  In the event that an item is mispriced, Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quantity Limits & Dealer Sales

Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order.  These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied.  Buffalo Brothers Cowboy Store also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.  If you are interested in purchasing multiple quantities of items for commercial use, please contact us by email.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
